Horizons West Development, Inc. specializes in land development and single family home
subdivisions within Pierce County, Washington.  Many of the subdivisions are located in
areas of heavy growth and are under great demand, we commonly sell all the lots in a
given development to a single builder. In addition, HWDI has over 15 years of experience
specializing in the building and selling of superior residential construction. 

Since incorporating in 1986, the general manager is Frank Naccarato, who has been
involved in all phases of residential land development and construction for over 35 years.
The president of HWDI is Charlotte Naccarato, she is responsible for administration and
office management. Charlotte is a licensed real estate agent and also works on the day
to day business aspects of the operation.

More recently, HWDI has branched into an Adult/55+ manufactured home community in
Orting, Washington. This project has been the result of years of market and development
analysis. We have designed this unique, 171 lot, land ownership community specifically
with the retirees in mind. We are a licensed dealer of manufactured homes and supervise
all aspects of development, sales, orders, setup, delivery, landscape and finishing of 
homes within the community.
